"The family and I had reservations to eat in the igloos last week. We had not eaten here before so we wanted to give it a shot. Such a cute idea. The igloos were decorated so cute with twinkling lights, and beautiful decor. Loved the vibe. Only problem, it was warm out, but that wasn’t their problem. They were prepared in case it got cold. The food was amazing from the salmon, to the chicken tenders, and burgers. The server was very attentive and took great care of us. We had a great time. It was worth the extra money for the dining experience in the igloos. Even without the igloos, we will be back."
"The food is AMAZING!! We always Come back everyime we come to pigeon forge. Never had a bad experience. I ordered the fried catfish and even though its farmed raised, its some of the best ive ever had. The cakes are also amazing. I forgot to take a Pic before I dug into it, but it was soft and sweet."
"Food is really really delicious, but be prepared for long wait especially on weekends. We waited over an hour on a Sunday evening, but the complementary freshly baked warm sourdough bread immediately made it worth the wait, followed by a yummy chicken gumbo and fried catfish. Portion sizes are also generous and its reasonably priced. Will definitely come back."
Weekday afternoons are often best to avoid the longest waits, though the experience is generally positive even during busy times.
Be prepared for a potential wait, especially on weekends; many customers find the complimentary warm sourdough bread makes it worthwhile. Don't forget to try their delicious cakes for dessert. Consider the igloo dining for a special occasion; guests note it's worth the extra money for the unique experience.
