"We had been to Kermits in Key West, FL and loved it. We were greatly surprised when we saw this location at the Island in Pigeon Forge. We love the original Key Lime Pie. Thus was our first time trying the Strawberry Key Lime pie, and it is amazing. OMG. Had to buy the dog toy slice of Key Lime Pie. As you can see in the picture, Jack, our mini golden doodle loved his too. 😆"

"Just had the best experience! We walked in to check out the new shop and the man working was so friendly. My toddler was a bit grumpy and hot from the sun and was asking for a snack. He brought him a little ice cream treat on the house and made his (and our) day! What a way to promote your store. We all bought dol whips and ice cream after that experience. Thank you for the wonderful unexpected customer service and leaving a lasting impression."
